Scarlette takes care of almost all issues when i met with an accident in 2020 and throughout the years i have been with Prudential, she is always keeping up with minor details. most insurance companies will not even bother calling you once you have signed up but i recall there was once a bank transaction failure, she was even detailed enough to remind me the next day. that was a good call because it is the customer who is supposed to keep track of on-time payment not the insurer. will keep in touch even if she is no longer with Prudential. cheers. keep up the good work.
