I was first introduced to her as a financial consultant from Prudential by my colleague.
My first impression of her was that she is warm and friendly and will put customer satisfaction as her primary goal first and I was not wrong. Her approach to selling policies is unique.
She does not plunge into the details of the policy head on without knowing more about the client. She patiently gets to know the client by asking about his needs and wants and also about his personal and financial background. By doing so she is not trying to be nosy or prying into the client’s personal affairs but it is more to find out what type of policy is suitable for the person and whether if at all he or she needs a policy or instead may need some other alternative financial product. This should be the true scope of a financial consultant which she fulfills.
Another approach of Scarlette is she does not hard sell the policy by over emphasizing on the benefits of coverage the company is promoting but instead does her best to satisfy the customer on what he or she needs. Her aim is to ensure full customer satisfaction and at the end of the day the client has no regrets if he chooses to buy a policy from her knowing full details and the long term benefits and also the full affordability in paying the premiums.
Even at times, Scarlette had gone to the extent of reducing the premium for customers without any changes in the coverage for an existing policy not even sold by her. She has done that for me without even expecting me to buy a new policy. Not many will go to this extent. She has many a times put herself in the shoes of the client. This is how she manages to understand her clients better and by doing so select the suitable and appropriate policy for the client
After years of knowing her, our relationship is no more that of agent and client but more of friends since she is also a person of caring nature which goes beyond the official boundaries. In this way she gains the confidence of her clients and over a period of time clients can fully entrust her to choose the best options for them without any doubt in their minds.
In my opinion, the main reason for Scarlette to be in the insurance industry for such a long time and also be dedicated to one company, Prudential, is due to her unique approach to fully satisfy her clients requirements and ensure that they are continuously happy as well as selling the appropriate policies or products introduced by the company. By the way she is also extremely knowledgeable and knows full details of all the products sold by the company and clients can freely ask questions on all the insurance policies and she is happy and willing to reply to their queries at all times. She is very flexible with appointments and will meet clients at their own convenience and availability.
Scarlette is truly and outstanding model of a financial consultant and I wish her all the best in her endeavors. |
